We provide Home Watch and Concierge services for home owners of seasonal homes, permanent residents, professionals who travel for business, or anyone that leaves their home for an extended period of time. Our inspection covers an extensive checklist of the interior and exterior of your home. When we perform a home inspection, we are performing a visual inspection of your home or property looking for obvious issues. Some of the things we look for is that the landscape is being maintained, water leaks or damage, damage due to a monsoon storm, check thermostat temperatures, and much more!
We are here for you. Our reliable Home Watch Service can be set up Bi-Monthly, Weekly or personalized to your specific needs.
Concierge Home Services uses the latest technology to provide you customized detailed reports after inspecting your home. Our reports include a complete checklist of the inspection, and provide you detailed pictures of any areas of concern. Our reports are emailed to you immediately upon completion of the Home Watch inspection.
