- Check all windows and doors to verify they are secure
- Visually check for signs of pest infestation or rodents
- Check Security System is working
- Check circuit breaker and reset any that have flipped
- Verify A/C, Heater and thermostat are set properly and functioning
- Check hot water heater for visible leaks
- Check ceiling for visible signs of roof leaks or plumbing issues
- Run faucets in sinks, tubs, and showers
- Check under sinks for any water leaks
- Run garbage disposal

- 360 degree walk around the perimeter of house checking for damage
- Remove mail, flyers, newspapers or advertising and place in house
- Report on landscape maintenance including and down trees or branches
- Visually inspection for any drainage issues
- Check exterior for vandalism
- Check outside lights that they are working correctly
- Visual check of A/C equipment
- Visually Check for signs of pest infestation, including, Snakes, Scorpions, Desert Mice, and Bee and Wasp Nests
- Visually assess the quality of pool and spa maintenance
- Visual inspection of roof and gutters from ground level
- Start automobile (if requested by owner)
